Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Booking Policy Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the booked service. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. A new date and time may be selected based on availability. Rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a penalty. Booking: Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service directly.
